Emely Sulg Design

Emely Sulg combines cultural heritage and contemporary design in her work, translating the geometric patterns of Poluvernik folk costumes into a new context. The collection “Benita-Auguste”, dedicated to her ancestor, carries forward the history of the Peipsi lakeside community.
With a focus on sustainability, she uses linen fabric, birch plywood, and vegetable-tanned leather, combining natural fibers with organza to achieve lightness and a sense of festivity. Through laser cutting and block printing, she highlights stylized historical ornaments and collaborates with local artisans and heritage researchers.
Her design is intended for a conscious wearer who values timeless quality, where each piece is made to last and carries a deeper meaning.
Emely Sulg participates in the Omamood fashion show in 2025.
